Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary based on your location:

  • Domestic Shipping (The Netherlands): 1-3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7-21 business days

Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing times or courier delays.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
SHIFTZ is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to international shipments. These charges are determined by the destination country and must be paid by the recipient.

Lost or Stolen Packages
SHIFTZ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please check with your local post office or carrier. We recommend contacting the shipping provider directly for further assistance.

Address Errors
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. If an incorrect address is provided, we are not responsible for lost packages. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
